VQ Forum 2019 Registration

To register for the tenth VQ Forum on 17 October 2019, please contact us via email to info@vqab.se.

In the email, please state your name, title, organisation and billing address.

Please also inform us if you wish to attend both the conference and the evening celebration (for a small additional fee) or just one of them, as well as if you are eligible for the discount for VQ Legal customers.

The number of delegates will be limited to 200 to ensure the best experience and networking possibilities. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis, so make sure to register well in advance as we expect the event to be sold out just as quickly as last year.

Delegate fee

The delegate fee for the VQ Forum conference is SEK 8,900 per delegate.

If a delegate wish to attend the evening celebration, there is an additional fee of SEK 450 per delegate.

For attendance solely at the evening celebration, which starts at 6 pm, the fee is SEK 1, 950 per delegate.

Discount for VQ Legal customers

Customers to our legal document service VQ Legal receive a most favourable 40% discount on the conference fee.

Invoice will be sent upon registration. Registrations are confirmed when payment has been processed. Payment must be received in full prior to the event. All registrations will be charged Swedish VAT.

Registrations can be submitted at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability.

No refunds will be available for cancellations after the registration has been confirmed, but the delegate may transfer the seat to a colleague within the same company.

All registrations submitted by mail, e-mail, fax, or over the telephone are subject to these booking conditions.

All speakers are correct at the time of printing, but are subject to variation without notice. VQ will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the programme.

Your details as well as all information about all attendees will be added to our database in order to process the booking. We use the personal data we collect for communication purposes, including to send you newsletters and invitations to events and similar communication, and to maintain our list of contacts. Photos from the event that might include pictures of attendees will be used in newsletters and on our website. We also share information about VQ Forum delegates to our sponsors and partners with the purpose to send marketing material to delegates in connection with VQ Forum. We do not sell, hire out, distribute or otherwise make your personal data available to any third party. Please notify us if you have any apprehensions or do not wish to receive information from VQ.
